HIGH Fitness
Mondays at 5:30pm
HIGH Fitness takes old school aerobics and transforms them into a modern heart pounding fun effective workout. You will jump and dance to a choreographed workout without the weights.
Press for Time
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm
This class is perfect for anyone needing to move at their own pace. It breaks a workout down into clearly defined intervals with push it to the limit exercises followed by rest.
Remix
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45pm
Do you like a little bit of everything? Then Remix is for you. This class will offer a little bit of cardio, free weights, and body weight exercises to provide a total body workout to your favorite beat!
Hip Hop
Saturdays at 8:00am
